Meet the caring, friendly Staff

Our friendly, caring team are ready to welcome you to Galtres.

We strive to provide you with a quality service, in a caring, competent and professional environment. We encourage and enable our residents to live as full, interesting and independent lifestyle as possible.

We are also committed to ensuring our residents are fully consulted about matters that effect their well being and quality of life.

Jennie Marshall – Registered Manager has worked at Galtres since 1992 and has a particular knowledge and vast experience of dementia related illnesses. She has an NVQ level 3 and 4 in Health & Social Care and holds the Registered Managers Award.

Jennie is well supported in all administration issues by the Office Manager, Eleanor Chandler and by three team leaders in the provision of care.

Care Team:- Our full staff complement consists of Three Team Leaders, one/two Senior Carer’s and fifteen Carers, seven of whom cover the night shifts, we have two members care staff on duty overnight.
Our ancillary staff consists of an Office Manager – Eleanor Chandler, two part-time cooks and three part-time domestic assistants. We also have our own builder/handyman who we share with our sister homes.
